 Sorry to all but the TP85 has had its 8 year run and is now time for a change, the TP96 has become the dominate trailer in our range and due to that the TP85 will now be superseeded from our production line —- A new exciting flat top model will replace it, so watch this space 🙂 

Body Specification

• Heavy duty one piece RHS chassis 100x50x4mm that’s fully hot dip galvanized and powder coated.
• Precision CNC Laser cut and Pressed Zinc Anneal body sheets
• Duragal Internal structure support framing
• Top timber/Ladder Rack with welded mesh on underside and rear roller 2400mm(L) x 1500mm(W)
• Front draw bar load support rack that’s removable and can also take the spare wheel to free up deck space
• Aluminium stone protection plates and foot treads all round
• Flush mount Side and rear opening doors with automotive seals and gas struts
• Compression locks on all doors and storage compartments
• Fittings – Bolts, nuts, washers, screws and pop rivets are all stainless steel as much as possible

Running gear

• 8 leaf Rocker Roller suspension and Solid 50mm square Axles (Rated 3.5 tonne)
• Dual 12’’ electric brake hubs on both axles with 6 stud Land cruiser stud pattern
• 5 x 15″ Primal Alloy rims and 235/75R L/T Tyres
• Premium jockey wheel with rubber Tyre
• 3500kg Tow Coupling to suit 50mm ball with handbrake

Storage

• Main body storage compartment internally is 2350(L) x 1440(W) x 850(H) ….door opening internal 690 mm
• Enclosed front storage Box with fridge slide, storage compartments and shelving
• Fridge Slide size: 850(L) x 550(W) x 530(H) – Compressor box can be done on request as an option if preferred
• Storage rail system on top of front box
• 2 x Rear shelving levels – Bottom – 400mm deep – top – 350mm deep
• 2 x Massive rear slide out draws 1800(L) right side 1500(L) Left side x 490(W) x 360(H) on bearing guides rated to approx. 160kg share load
• 2 x Slide out draws either side towards front of main body 700(L)x210(W)x170(H)

Electrical

• Full LED internal lighting with control management panel in main body
• 2 x 120amp AGM batteries
• 50amp Anderson plug for charging while driving or solar
• LED taillights with reverse light, side marker and front clearance lights
• Safety Breakaway unit
